PHOENIX RISING YOGA THERAPY SESSIONS

A one on one yoga therapy session combines assisted yoga postures and non-directive, client centered dialogue that can help facilitate personal growth, healing, and a deeper connection to your body and your Self. Phoenix Rising Therapy sessions offer a chance to explore what's happening in your body and the possibility of how that relates to what's happening in your life. Our bodies have been with us our entire lives. There is rich information inside of us. What would it be like to explore that?  

Sessions last one and a half hours and are currently offered at the Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Training Center in Bristol, Vermont and are $85 for a 1.5 hour session.

Some sessions are available for those in need of financial assistance.  



Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy sessions can:
 help work with old patterns/habits that perhaps no longer serve us,
 offer clarity in times of transition or loss,
go deeper with chronic physical aliments that may be rooted in emotions,
help with depression, and anxiety.

Phoenix Rising sessions are not about fixing or changing who and where we are in the given moment, rather about being present with ourselves in process.

PHOENIX RISING YOGA THERAPY CLASSES

Phoenix Rising Yoga Classes are centered around a different theme each week. As we move through the themes, you are offered a chance to tune into and deepen your connection with your inner wisdom and explore the profound connection between your body, your mind and your daily life. 

Classes run for either 6 or 8 week sessions. 
No yoga experience is necessary.

"I look back over those 6 weeks and wonder how differently *things* in my life would have transpired had I not been simultaneously participating in Kate's Phoenix Rising workshop.  

I remember clearly a moment where I unlocked and opened to whatever may come.  Each session opened with the opportunity to look at our outer lives...particularly, a situation that may be puzzling or stressful or draining (at least, that is what I was carrying, so that is what I was working with).  There was an inner war going on in me ... *shoulds* vs. *should-nots.*  It was agonizing.  The meditative pace of our Phoenix Rising sessions allowed me to move through the confusion, and by the end of class I was open and willing not only to receive, but to move towards the inevitable.  With joy!  It felt wonderful to move and make decisions clearly based on what felt, through and through, to be true to me.
